i don't think that harry reid will even bring it up for a vote. and even if in some alternative universe he did, the white house has already promised to veto it. >> chris, why then if it's not going to get through the senate and if it did the president said he would veto it, why do these 39 democrats in the house vote alongside it? was it just so that they could have that vote on the record for 2014? what's the deal? it's not just. when you go back to your district, you can say i voted with this bill that would have allowed people to keep their policies, would have allowed new customers to get these policies, get outside of the exchanges. you know, at this point, that's the best i can. it's a free political vote and that's not a bad thing for democrats who feel they're in some trouble right now. >> who do you have on the show? ben nelson, former senator from nebraska. >> it's interesting, tucker, because he is the head of the national association of insurance commissioners, interestingly, right after the president announced his so-called fix, the
